Description: Official student files of the Graduate College providing information about each student who was formally admitted into the Graduate College, but did not graduate. These files follow the graduate career of each degree candidate graduate student from admissions to the point where they ceased their graduate studies at Stout. This series then, may contain all or some of the records found in the Degree Granted Graduate Student Files (Stout Series 47), except for the intent to graduate and a signed photocopy of the final transcript. Records may therefore include application for admission, admission evaluation, transfer credit sheet, test scores and results of miscellaneous exams, interoffice memos regarding the student, notes from the Program Director, financial aid application and other information, assistantship contracts, split program statement, abstract of the graduate research paper (Plan A or B), and miscellaneous information. Older files may contain the student data file and photographs of the student.
